Register for Veritas Prep Athletics
Complete your student-athlete registration, submit required eligibility items, and pay athletic fees before the season begins.
How To Register
One clear path for every season
Use Arbiter for athletic registration and Configio for payments. Registration and payment are separate steps, and both need to be completed.

Open Arbiter registration Create or sign in to your family account and select Great Hearts Veritas Preparatory Academy.

Select the student-athlete and sport Choose the sport season your student plans to participate in. Complete this for each sport as needed.

Complete all required forms Upload required eligibility items, including the current physical exam form when applicable.

Pay the athletic fee Use Configio to complete payment. Paying the fee does not replace the Arbiter registration step.
What To Have Ready
Make the process smoother
Have the student-athlete profile and parent or guardian contact information ready before starting.
Upload required documentation through Arbiter so the athletic office can review clearance.
Complete the athletic fee payment through Configio after registration is submitted.
